Mary is helping Sophia work on some of Logan's extra workbooks Heather handed down.
Jess is helping Philip work one of Logan's other workbooks.
Philip loves our pattern blocks at home so he wanted to do the cut-out version of them.
His creature
Phil and Samuel playing chess.
Country roads, take me home . . . to the place where I belong.
I don't know how to rotate the photos in my blog. Sophia is watching cartoons and Gpa Jimmie and Gma Shirley's. Cable!
Uno and domino stacking . . . classics.
Actually, we did an activity in Church class with the 1st thru 3rd graders a while back (to demonstrate how one person's actions can affect another's). I though they would get it right away so I started with the fish rather than a straight line in my small groups. Most of the kids did not know what to do. They laid them sideways or flat down. Needless to say, we had to back track a bit. I was surprised by this. I guess that isn't popular anymore.
Philip likes to do hand stands and was showing Gpa Jimmie and Gma Shirley.
