Playing in the leaves at our friends' home. The Daddies were the biggest kids of all! Afterward, our friends served us an amazing pot pie, salad and custard. Truly a fun time visiting with them.
Philip and Samuel climbed the climbing wall at the park yesterday. Another friend and her boys introduced us to this new park yesterday. We had fun sharing our picnic lunch, visiting and playing (and, with six children, making many escorts to the restroom!)
Philip watches intently as Daddy draws the clone trooper for him. I was impressed!
Samuel and Sophia working on table work. Every time Sophia found what she was looking for, she would raise her arms and shout, "Yay".
Jess helping Samuel with some leftover daily work that evening.
Way to go, Daddy! Focusing on work while holding Sophia is difficult!
A walk to the library and park before dinner was nice.
Mommy's sweet helper with dinner. Such a fun girlie!
For our science activity, we checked our shadows about every hour and traced and measured them. I noticed that Philip really grasped the concept when he explained to Daddy that "when the sun goes downer the shadow gets longer".
